Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Intune Specialist Summary As an Intune SME, you are responsible for end-to-end management and troubleshooting of Windows devices (OS, Application, Configuration and Compliance management). Also manages custom Intune roles and adds assignments for built-in Intune roles. Ideal Candidate Profile: -Set up installs, maintains, upgrades of Video and Teleconferencing devices - coordinate testing, implementation, and documentation of unified communication solution Primary Skill: - Proficient in SCCM /MECM and Intune - Knowledge on Active directory and GPO policies - Must possess good technical understanding of Windows OS -In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune capabilities, including device enrolment, compliance policies, application management, and conditional access - Proficient in using WSUS for patch management Secondary Skill: Good to have knowledge in MS defender Knowledge on PKI server for certificate management (desktop) Responsibilities: Day to Day Responsibilities -Intune package customization -Upload and Configuring LOB applications (Windows) -Software distribution and patch management for end user devices -image management for Windows Client OS -package Intune compatible applications, publish to Intune in line with the operational support Documentation -create and maintain a roadmap for EUC -engage with vendors like Microsoft to review new features/existing features and make recommendations Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7+ years of experience working as an Intune Administrator A 15 year full time education is required. Excellent written and verbal communication Self-Driven & Punctual Flexible to work in 24x7 shift This position is based at our Bengaluru office.( Preference )
