Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the team's performance, and making key decisions. You will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in SAP Data Migration and contribute to the success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications - Act as the primary point of contact for the project - Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Manage the team's performance - Make key decisions to ensure successful implementation Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Data Migration - Strong understanding of data migration processes and best practices - Experience in designing and implementing data migration strategies - Knowledge of SAP data structures and data models - Experience with data mapping and transformation - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Data Services - Build the mappings and transformations rules based on the technical designs for the selected migration tool (SAP Data Services, SNP Crystal Bridge) - Unit Test to ensure correct execution - Fix defects found in mappings and transformations rules during mock executions and validations Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP Data Migration - This position is based at our Pune office - A 15 years full-time education is required
