Project Role : Operations Engineer
Project Role Description : Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.
Must have skills : Microsoft Windows Server Administration
Good to have skills : Vmware Virtualization Administration
Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the systems and provide timely support to meet the service level agreements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Manage and monitor the production systems to ensure smooth operations. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or incidents that may arise. - Perform regular system maintenance and updates. - Implement and maintain security measures to protect the systems and data. - Coordinate with vendors and external partners for system upgrades and enhancements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Vmware Virtualization Administration. - Strong understanding of system administration and troubleshooting. - Experience in managing and supporting production systems. - Knowledge of networking protocols and configurations. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and technologies. - Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
