Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Must have skills : Microsoft Windows Server Administration
Good to have skills : Windows Scripting, Vmware Virtualization Administration

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications and resolving any technical issues that may arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve application issues. - Monitor and maintain the performance of critical business systems. - Identify and analyze software defects and provide timely resolutions. - Develop and implement effective solutions to enhance application performance and stability. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. - Create and maintain technical documentation for reference purposes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Windows Scripting, Vmware Virtualization Administration. - Strong understanding of server administration and troubleshooting. - Experience in managing and maintaining Microsoft Windows Server environments. - Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP. - Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware. - Ability to write and execute PowerShell scripts. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
