Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining applications that support the organization's operations and enhance its efficiency and productivity. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure smooth functioning of SAP BASIS administration. - Perform system installations, upgrades, and patches. - Monitor and maintain system performance and availability. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP BASIS. - Implement security measures to protect system data and resources. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BASIS Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Monitoring & Tools, SAP HANA DB Administration. - Strong understanding of SAP architecture and components. - Experience in system administration and maintenance of SAP landscapes. - Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts. - Familiarity with SAP transport management system. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SAP systems. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
