You will be based in Bengaluru and should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Incident Management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors. - Ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. - Manage and support the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Incident Management. - Strong understanding of service management principles and best practices. - Experience in incident resolution and problem management. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and processes. - Experience in coordinating and managing projects. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with IT service management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Incident Management. - This position is based in Bengaluru. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
