Your typical day involves overseeing project implementation, utilizing method, tools, training, and assets to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead project implementation and delivery - Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards - Provide guidance and support to team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Encryption - Strong understanding of encryption algorithms - Experience in implementing encryption solutions - Knowledge of data protection regulations - Good To Have Skills: Experience with network security protocols Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Encryption - This position is based at our Kolkata office - A Bachelor or college degree in related field or equivalent work experience is required
