Summary: As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. You will also assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the Configuration Lead and other team members to ensure the successful implementation of the configuration management plan. You will also analyze business process design and application requirements to determine the appropriate software configuration and customization solutions. Additionally, you will participate in team discussions and contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements. - Implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. - Collaborate with the Configuration Lead and other team members to ensure the successful implementation of the configuration management plan. - Analyze business process design and application requirements to determine the appropriate software configuration and customization solutions. - Participate in team discussions and contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) Programming Language. - Strong understanding of software configuration management principles and best practices. - Experience with software configuration and customization design. - Knowledge of business process design and application requirements. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with software version control systems. - Familiarity with software development methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software configuration issues. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) Programming Language. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
