You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed and delivered according to the project role description. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, making team decisions, and engaging with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams, showcasing your expertise and problem-solving skills. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Ensure timely delivery of applications - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback - Identify and resolve technical issues - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management - Experience with Agile methodologies - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Good To Have Skills: Experience with software development lifecycle - Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or C++ Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Project Management - This position is based at our Gurugram office - A 15 years full time education is required
