Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed using Agile Project Management methodologies. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing application solutions, and ensuring the applications meet quality standards and user expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Design, develop, and test applications using Agile Project Management methodologies. - Ensure that the applications meet quality standards and user expectations. - Troubleshoot and debug application issues, and provide timely resolutions. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to enhance application performance and functionality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing applications using programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. - Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
