Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, designing and developing applications, and configuring Pega Platform to meet the specific needs of our organization. You will play a crucial role in driving the digital transformation of our business processes and delivering high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements. - Design and develop applications using Pega Platform. - Configure Pega Platform to meet the specific needs of the organization. - Ensure the successful implementation of Pega Platform. - Provide technical guidance and support to the team. - Continuously enhance and optimize applications built on Pega Platform. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing applications using Pega Platform. - Knowledge of Pega Platform architecture and best practices. - Hands-on experience in configuring Pega Platform applications. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java or other programming languages. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Pega Platform. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
