Summary: As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high-level customer requirements. You will be responsible for defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities and developing a business case to achieve the vision. Your typical day will involve analyzing current business processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and designing innovative solutions to drive business growth and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead current state assessments to identify business opportunities. - Define high-level customer requirements and translate them into actionable business solutions. - Develop business case and strategies to achieve the desired vision. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. - Design innovative business processes and structures to drive growth and efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GuideWire PolicyCenter. - Strong understanding of business process architecture and design principles. - Experience in conducting current state assessments and identifying business opportunities. - Proven ability to translate high-level customer requirements into actionable business solutions. - Solid grasp of business case development and strategy implementation. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with business process modeling tools such as ARIS or Visio. - Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in business architecture. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in GuideWire PolicyCenter. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
