Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the team's performance, and making key decisions. You will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams, contributing to the overall success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications - Act as the primary point of contact for the project - Oversee the entire application development process Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday certification in the Primary skill and additional skill is preferred but not mandatory - Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM - Experience in designing and configuring Workday applications - Knowledge of Workday integration tools and techniques - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM - This position is based at our Chennai office - A Workday certification in the Primary skill and additional skill is preferred but not mandatory
