Summary: As a Network Operations Representative, you will configure, integrate, and manage the life cycle of telecommunication network elements and associated configuration across Fulfillment and Assurance. You will also manage back office system data records and support customer activations and configuration adjustments. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of network infrastructures and providing technical support to resolve any issues that may arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Manage the configuration and integration of telecommunication network elements. - Support customer activations and configuration adjustments. - Ensure the smooth functioning of network infrastructures. - Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient network operations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Strong understanding of telecommunication network elements and their life cycle management. - Experience in configuring and integrating network elements. - Knowledge of back office system data records management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with network monitoring tools. - Familiarity with network security protocols. - Ability to analyze network performance and identify areas for improvement. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based in Kolkata. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
