Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of Microsoft Windows Server Administration and provide technical support to resolve any issues that may arise. Your role will involve collaborating with multiple teams and making key decisions to ensure the efficient operation of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure the smooth functioning of Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - Provide technical support to resolve any issues that may arise. - Collaborate with multiple teams to make key decisions. - Manage and lead the team to perform at their best. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. - Strong understanding of server administration and troubleshooting. - Experience with managing and maintaining Windows Server environments. - Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP. - Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
