Summary: As a Service Delivery Operations Representative, you will be responsible for assigning and managing work assignments, driving people management activities for the delivery team, and ensuring service delivery quality and cost. You will play a crucial role in managing the overall service delivery process and ensuring customer satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Manage work assignments and ensure timely completion. - Drive people management activities for the delivery team. - Monitor service delivery quality and cost. - Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools. - Strong understanding of service delivery operations. - Experience in managing work assignments and ensuring timely completion. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with incident management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required. • Very strong knowledge of Application Performance Management (APM) concepts, tools and features. • Knowledge of technologies in a multi-tiered environment (User Interface, Application, server, Databases, storage and network). • Strong Hands-on experience with APM tool AppDynamics and Dynatrace Install, maintain and administration. • knowledge of other monitoring tools is plus. Other secondary skills include Splunk, SCOM , NAGIOS, Azure log analytics, Azure Application insight, Xymon, Operatins Bridge Manager • Good knowledge on dashboarding and integration tools like Grafana, Kibana • Good knowledge on observability • Should have strong Tools operation experience for large and complex Application and Infrastructure • Should have worked on troubleshooting and managing incidents, change and problems • Should have good knowledge any scripting / programming skills like Python, PowerShell and any other developer skill • Have worked towards application availability, performance, and pro-actively find potential problem and room to accelerate. • Has got good knowledge on dashboarding , integration with other EMT tools • Must have very good knowledge around Cloud and associated solutions. • Must have excellent written and communication skills.
