Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of applications and resolving any technical issues that may arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve application issues. - Monitor and maintain the performance of applications, ensuring high availability and reliability. - Investigate and diagnose incidents, identifying root causes and implementing appropriate solutions. - Provide technical support to end-users, addressing their queries and resolving any issues. - Document and maintain knowledge base articles for future reference and training purposes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Center Networking Technologies Operations. - Strong understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs. - Experience with network troubleshooting tools, such as Wireshark or PingPlotter. - Knowledge of network security principles and best practices. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud networking technologies, such as AWS or Azure. - Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools, such as Nagios or SolarWinds. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Data Center Networking Technologies Operations. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
