Summary: As a Service Management Lead, you will lead the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. You will coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. Your role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. You will be based in Bengaluru and should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. - Manage contracts and ensure effective contract management. - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors. - Ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools. - Strong understanding of service delivery operations. - Experience in coordinating projects and managing contracts. - Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools. - This position is based in Bengaluru. - A 15 years full-time education is required. • Should have strong knowledge on Configure, monitor, and tune network performance tools, . • Candidate must have experience with one or more Network monitoring tools Nagios, LiveNX, Nsight, StatSeeker, Webcon, IR Prognosis, NetCure, etc. • knowledge of other monitoring tools is plus. Other secondary skills include Splunk, SCOM , NAGIOS, Azure log analytics, Azure Application insight, Xymon, Operatins Bridge Manager (OBM) • Should have worked in a large complex infrastructure following ITSM methodology • Experienced in deployment and integration of SCOM based solutions, SCOM Management Pack for monitoring Infrastructure, Network, OS, DB, Middleware, Storage; Virtualization, Cloud Architectures etc • Perform administrative tasks for the Operation Manager console • .Good understanding of OS, Database and Network [ Understanding of Topology and functionality ] basics , active directory knowledge [ More than basic but not advanced ] • Good knowledge on dashboarding and integration tools like Grafana, Kibana • Should have worked on troubleshooting and managing incidents, change and problems • Should have good knowledge any scripting / programming skills like Python, PowerShell and any other developer skill • Must have very good knowledge around Cloud and associated solutions. • Manage customer escalation and provide insight to leadership • Must have excellent written and communication skills.
