You will be responsible for creating efficient and scalable solutions that align with the needs of the organization. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing requirements, and developing high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop efficient and scalable applications based on business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and understand application requirements. - Design and implement software solutions that align with the organization's needs. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to identify and resolve issues. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PHP (Programming Language). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Experience with database management systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL. - Knowledge of web application frameworks like Laravel or Symfony. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Experience with RESTful API development and integration. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in PHP (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
