About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced RAN Deployment Project Manager to provide technical support to the deployment lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking all deployment activities, ensuring coordination with other domains, managing project plans, and overseeing deployment vendors. Key Responsibilities: • Technical Support: Provide technical support to the deployment lead, assisting with the resolution of technical issues and ensuring smooth deployment processes. • Activity Tracking: Track all deployment activities, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. • Coordination: Ensure effective orchestration with all other domains, including network planning, engineering, and operations. • Project Plan Tracking: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress against milestones and adjusting plans as necessary. • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with deployment vendors, ensuring they meet project requirements and deliverables. • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity. • Quality Assurance: Ensure all deployment activities meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations. • Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and any issues. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the telecommunications industry, specifically in 5G RAN deployment. • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred. • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of 5G RAN technologies, deployment strategies, and network architecture. • Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
