Summary: As an IT Service Management Representative, you will manage the delivery of IT production systems and services. Your role will involve supporting the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing risk to services. You will provide operational support to ensure that production systems and devices are online and available. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in Critical Incident Management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in IT Service Management - Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively - Responsible for team decisions and ensuring their successful implementation - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Ensure effective incident management and resolution - Implement and maintain incident management processes and procedures - Monitor and analyze incident trends to identify areas for improvement Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Critical Incident Management - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Incident Management Tools - Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices - Knowledge of incident management frameworks such as ITIL - Experience in managing critical incidents and driving their resolution - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple incidents simultaneously - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Effective communication and stakeholder management skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Critical Incident Management - This position is based in Chennai - A 15 years full-time education is required
