Project Role Description : Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.

Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. Your typical day will involve analyzing requirements, designing solutions, writing code, and conducting testing to ensure the quality of the application. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Design and develop high-quality software solutions. - Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Conduct unit testing and debugging of software applications. - Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Participate in agile development processes and ceremonies. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Digital Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular. - Knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js or Java. - Familiarity with database systems like MySQL or MongoDB. - Experience with version control systems like Git. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. - Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools. - Understanding of UI/UX principles and design patterns. - Experience with responsive web design. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Digital Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
