Summary: As a Business Analyst with expertise in Duck Creek Billing, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. - Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Lead the design and implementation of Duck Creek Billing solutions, including configuration, testing, and deployment. - Provide subject matter expertise in Duck Creek Billing to support project teams and stakeholders, including training and knowledge transfer. - Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Duck Creek Billing. - Strong understanding of insurance industry processes and systems. - Experience in business process analysis and requirements gathering. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies. - Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools. - Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes. - Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Duck Creek Billing. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
