Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems throughout the product lifecycle. Utilize your expertise in technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients and projects, ensuring successful outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the software development process - Implement best practices for software configuration - Ensure timely delivery of software solutions Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Agile PLM - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle - Experience in software configuration management - Knowledge of Agile methodologies - Expertise in software testing and quality assurance Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Agile PLM - This position is based at our Chennai office - A 15 years full-time education is required
