Roles & Responsibilities: - "Minimum 6+ years of experience with Contact centers. - 3+ years of experience with Google Dialog Flow CX and Google Cloud CCAI - Experience in supporting multi-site contact center implementations - Experience with Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech services such as Nuance, Google and Amazon - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Cisco CVP/WebexCCE experience is a plus" Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience with cloud contact center platforms such as Genesys Cloud or Amazon Connect. - Knowledge of telephony and IVR systems. - Experience with integrating contact center solutions with CRM systems. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile software development methodologies. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. - Knowledge of voice analytics and sentiment analysis technologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Implementation. - A 15 years full time education is required.
