Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and providing solutions to work-related problems. A typical day in this role involves collaborating with team members, analyzing requirements, developing code, and testing applications. You will also actively participate in team discussions and contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems, becoming a subject matter expert in your field. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with team members to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Design, develop, and test applications according to business process and application requirements. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure smooth functioning and identify and resolve any issues. - Ensure the security and integrity of applications by implementing appropriate measures. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application development processes. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members when required. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: DataStax skill and Proficiency in Cassandra Database. - Strong understanding of database concepts and principles. - Experience in designing and implementing database solutions. - Knowledge of data modeling and schema design. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of database systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Cassandra Database. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 year full-time education is required.
