Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and implementation of applications. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as mentoring and coaching junior team members to enhance their skills and productivity. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. - Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. - Oversee the development and implementation of applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of applications. - Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and productivity. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to improve application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Analytics Services. - Experience with cloud-based application development using Microsoft Azure. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable and secure applications. - Experience with data integration and migration using Azure Data Factory. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of other cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform. - Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD pipelines. - Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases. - Experience with version control systems like Git or Azure DevOps. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Analytics Services. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
