Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Summary: As a Deployment Lead, you will plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. You will collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams, managing resources, and ensuring the successful implementation of the deployment plan. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope - Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues - Manage project resources and allocate tasks to team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance - Experience with deployment planning and execution - Strong project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP implementation projects Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required
