Key Responsibilities of a Java Standard/Enterprise - 1: Developing, designing, and implementing high-quality Java applications that meet business requirements and technical specifications. 2: Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Java programming language, adhering to coding standards and best practices. 3: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance engineers, to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and develop project plans. 4: Participating in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve defects and performance issues in Java applications. 5: Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers, ensuring that they follow established coding standards, practices, and guidelines. 6: Building scalable and high-performance Java applications that can handle large amounts of data and users. 7: Writing and executing unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability, and using test automation frameworks to streamline testing processes. 8: Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including system architecture, design documents, and user manuals. 9: Keeping up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Java development and recommending best practices and tools to improve development processes and productivity. 10: Collaborating with DevOps teams to automate deployment, monitoring, and scaling of Java applications on cloud-based infrastructure. Technical Experience for a Java Standard/Enterprise 1: In-depth knowledge of Java programming language, including its syntax, object-oriented programming concepts, and standard libraries. 2: Strong experience with Java frameworks, such as Spring, Hibernate, and Struts, and their respective components such as MVC architecture, dependency injection, and ORM frameworks. 3: Familiarity with front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular, and React. 4: Experience in developing RESTful APIs using Java and its associated libraries. 5: Knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases such as Oracle, MySQL, Snowflake etc 6: Experience in implementing and deploying Java applications on cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. 7: Understanding of DevOps principles and experience with tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Docker to automate build, test, and deployment processes. 8: Familiarity with testing frameworks.
