Job Description

Project Role : Application Developer
Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
Must have skills : Performance Testing Strategy
Good to have skills : NA

Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and optimizing their performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Design, build, and configure applications according to business process and application requirements. - Ensure the smooth functioning of applications and optimize their performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions. - Perform unit testing and debugging to identify and fix application issues. - Document application design, development, and maintenance processes. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing performance testing strategies. - Knowledge of performance testing tools such as LoadRunner or JMeter. - Familiarity with performance monitoring and profiling tools. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with test automation frameworks. - Experience in analyzing performance test results and identifying bottlenecks. - Knowledge of database performance optimization techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
