Scala Developer Job Description · Building large-scale, mission-critical Scala API services based on Akka HTTP and Http4s according to modern microservices architecture standards · Creating modular and scalable code that integrates with our platform as well as external API endpoints · Working independently and collaboratively in an agile environment within a cross -functional team Getting stuff done Skill Requirements: · Multiple years’ experience as a Scala developer working on web based applications · Scala skill (preferably Akka HTTP) · Solid knowledge of tools like Git, Docker, Kubernetes and Kafka · Strong experience in RESTful API design and development · Familiarity with CI/CD · Experience with both relational (Postgres) and non-relational databases (Cassandra) · Strong communication skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Scala - This position is based in Noida - A 15 years full-time education is required
