Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, overseeing the development process, and ensuring the quality of deliverables. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing technical guidance and support. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. - Oversee the development process, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Ensure the quality of deliverables through code reviews and testing. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs. - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira. - Hands-on experience with database technologies such as MySQL or Oracle. - Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
