Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. With your expertise in SAP ABAP Development and SAP FI CO Finance, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality applications and driving business success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Lead the design and development of applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Configure and customize applications based on business requirements. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. - Perform code reviews and ensure code quality and performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with other systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the application development lifecycle. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation. - Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance, SAP ABAP Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance. - Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes. - Experience in designing and implementing SAP FI CO solutions. - Knowledge of SAP ABAP programming language and development tools. - Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance modules and functionalities. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Experience in integrating SAP FI CO with other SAP modules and external systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
