Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of systems and services to meet the needs of the organization and its clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services. - Manage the delivery of services based on operational requirements and service agreement. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or incidents that arise. - Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and enhancements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Intune. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft System Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM). - Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and technologies. - Experience in managing and supporting production systems and services. - Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. - Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Intune. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
