Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in Pega Platform to develop efficient and effective solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance application functionality and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Design, develop, and configure Pega applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Implement innovative solutions to enhance application functionality and user experience. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and integrity of the applications. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. - Continuously update knowledge and skills in Pega Platform to stay abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Pega Robotics Process Automation (RPA). - Strong understanding of Pega application development methodologies and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing Pega workflows, data models, and user interfaces. - Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Pega rules, processes, and case management. - Solid grasp of Pega integration capabilities and experience in integrating Pega applications with external systems. - Knowledge of Pega decisioning capabilities and experience in implementing decisioning strategies. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues in Pega applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Pega Platform. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
