Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will have a typical day of working on designing and developing applications, collaborating with the team to understand business requirements, and configuring applications to meet those requirements. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any application-related issues, ensuring the applications are efficient and meet the needs of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Design and develop applications based on business requirements. - Collaborate with the team to understand and analyze business needs. - Configure applications to meet the specific requirements of the organization. - Troubleshoot and resolve any application-related issues. - Ensure the applications are efficient and meet the needs of the organization. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Pages. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing applications using Microsoft Power Pages. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. - Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug applications. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Pages. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
