You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed according to specifications and delivered on time. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. You will also engage with multiple teams and contribute to important decisions. Your creativity and technical expertise will be crucial in delivering high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Ensure the applications are developed according to specifications - Deliver applications on time - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies - Experience in designing and building applications - Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and functionalities - Experience with data integration and migration - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware - Recommendation: Familiarity with Oracle Database and SQL Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation - This position is based in Pune - A 15 years full-time education is required
