Project Role Description : Configure, integrate and manage the life cycle of telecommunication network elements and associated configuration across Fulfillment and Assurance. Manage back office system data records. Support customer activations and configuration adjustments.

Summary: A dedicated Network Engineer that will work alongside and support the Edwards Jones Branch Network Team. The ideal Network Engineer includes a strong understanding of network infrastructure and hardware. They will implement, administer, operate, and troubleshoot network devices with a focus on SD-WAN, cellular networks, and skillsets in Velocloud & VMWare policy and configuration. Responsibilities: • Design, deploy, and manage functional networks (LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, etc.) • Configure and install software, servers, routers, and other network devices • Manage and ensure the efficiency of security solutions as they intersect with the Edward Jones network such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems • Monitor and test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports • Identify, troubleshoot, resolve, and document network connectivity and performance issues • Support application development teams throughout project and product lifecycles • Liaise with vendors, other IT personnel, and contract teams as they relate to service requests and issue resolution Skills: • Proven experience as a Network Engineer o 3+ years of experience as a Network Engineer for Level 1 o 5+ years of experience as a Network Engineer for Level 2 • Hands-on experience with SD-WAN hardware and networking • Hands-on experience with Velocloud, Cradleopint, and other cellular and wide area network technologies • Understanding of network operating systems (JUNOS, Cisco IOS) • Profession Certification (e.g. CCNP, CCDP, etc.) • Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure solutions • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure • Agile Methodology experience Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
