Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in Pega Platform to develop efficient and effective solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance application functionality and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Design, develop, and configure Pega applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Implement innovative solutions to enhance application functionality and user experience. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and integrity of the applications. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Pega Platform to continuously improve application development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies. - Strong understanding of Pega Platform architecture and development best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing Pega applications using PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC). - Knowledge of Pega frameworks, such as Customer Service, Marketing, or Sales Automation. - Familiarity with Pega integration capabilities, including SOAP and RESTful web services. - Hands-on experience in creating and configuring Pega user interfaces and workflows. - Solid understanding of Pega security and access control mechanisms. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Pega Platform. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
