Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed according to specifications and delivered on time. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the requirements, designing and coding applications, and testing and debugging the code to ensure its functionality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with the team to understand the requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. - Test and debug applications to ensure their functionality and performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the applications. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers. - Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with test automation frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing web applications using Java or C#. - Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Selenium. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
