Summary: As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components, and testing efforts. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing solutions to enhance our data center technology. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data center technology components. - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions. - Ensure the smooth operation of infrastructure systems and networks. - Implement security measures to protect data and systems. - Monitor and optimize the performance of data center technology components. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and data center technologies. - Experience in designing and implementing infrastructure solutions. - Knowledge of network protocols and security principles. - Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud platforms. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
