Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the ServiceNow IT Service Management system. You will be dedicated to quality and use exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running smoothly. With your deep product knowledge, you will accurately define client issues and design effective resolutions. Your typical day will involve providing ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with clients to understand their technical issues and provide timely resolutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems related to the ServiceNow IT Service Management system. - Ensure seamless operations by coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Provide guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management. - Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices. - Experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow IT Service Management modules. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and its application in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Ability to analyze and interpret client requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
