Job Description

Project Role : Application Developer
Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

"Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the business needs, designing and developing applications, and ensuring they meet the required specifications. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the development process. This role requires a strong understanding of Workday Core Integrations and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements. - Design and develop applications that meet the specified business process and application requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the development process. - Ensure the applications are properly configured and integrated with other systems. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the application development process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations. - Strong understanding of application development principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and developing applications using Workday Core Integrations. - Knowledge of integration tools and technologies. - Familiarity with API development and integration methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations. - A Degree is required.
