Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand needs and translating them into functional designs, ensuring seamless application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and Advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Provide solutions to business area problems. - Lead the application design process from requirements gathering to implementation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation in Application Development. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and application architecture. - Experience in designing scalable and efficient applications. - Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in application development. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in Automation in Application Development. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
