Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful development and implementation of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and Advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application design. - Design and develop applications that meet business process and application requirements. - Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of applications. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications. - Document application design, architecture, and processes. - Train and mentor junior professionals in application design best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation in Application Development. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing applications using [PRIMARY SKILL]. - Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. - Familiarity with database management systems and SQL. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Experience with DevOps practices and tools. - Knowledge of front-end development frameworks such as Angular or React.
