You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are aligned with the needs of the organization and contribute to its overall success. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. You will engage with various teams and play a crucial role in driving the success of the projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Ensure the applications are designed, built, and configured to meet business process and application requirements - Collaborate with the team to ensure the applications are aligned with the needs of the organization - Manage the team to perform effectively and efficiently - Make key decisions that impact the success of the projects - Engage with multiple teams to gather requirements and contribute to key decisions Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting - Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices - Experience in designing and implementing SAP FI S/4HANA solutions - Knowledge of financial processes and best practices - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FI S/4HANA modules - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance - Experience in integrating SAP FI S/4HANA with other systems - Knowledge of SAP FI S/4HANA reporting and analytics Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting - This position is based at our Pune office - A 15 years full time education is required
