Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems throughout the product lifecycle. You will apply your expertise in technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve leading a team of software developers, collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems across teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead and mentor junior professionals - Ensure timely delivery of projects - Identify and resolve technical issues Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies - Experience in developing and maintaining web applications using React.js - Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Experience with version control systems like Git - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Redux Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in React.js - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required
