Project Role – Configuration Lead – CPQ Project Role Description – Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must Have Skills – PROS SMART CPQ Good to Have – Apex Programming Minimum – 6 years of experience. Summary: As a PROS CPQ Configuration Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with the team to ensure successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development, and implementation of PROS SMART CPQ solutions for clients. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring successful delivery of projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues and ensure project success. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals. Professional & Technical Skills: • Proficiency in PROS SMART CPQ with good understanding of the overall ecosystem. • Strong understanding of the Quote to Cash process. • Experience of working in Classic CPQ modules like Product Catalog, Business Properties, Guided Selling, Configuration Process. • Should be well versed in writing Business Rules and Constraints. • Should be able to setup Product Links, Bundles etc. • Understanding of PROS CPQ UI/UX and knowledge of how to make UI/UX changes. • Experience of working on Performance Quoting • Strong understanding of Performance Quoting concepts like Steps, Page, Views. Components, Widgets, Actions, Line Templates, Session States and have the ability to implement them. • Understanding of the Document Generation module and experience of using the PROS Word Add-In • Well versed with integration to CRM (Salesforce/MS Dynamics) and aware of the concepts like Mapping In/Mapping Out. • Knowledge of CPQ integration to other third party systems like ERP is good to have. • Good understanding of CRM (Salesforce or MS Dynamics) Concepts. • Knowledge of Apex programming is good to have. • Knowledge of integrating CPQ with RTPE/Control for pricing. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in PROS SMART CPQ. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Conga CPQ. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
