Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and testing process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as providing support and guidance to junior team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. - Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined scope, timeline, and budget. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the development process. - Provide support and guidance to junior team members. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the application development lifecycle. - Participate in team discussions and contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing. - Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium or Appium. - Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies. - Hands-on experience with test case design, execution, and defect tracking. - Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python. - Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Automated Testing. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
