Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the entire application development lifecycle and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance, and making key decisions to drive project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for application development projects. - Manage the entire application development lifecycle. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. - Experience in leading and managing application development projects. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies. - Recommendation: Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based in Mumbai. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
